ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

• An exchange request can be initiated via venyyere@gmail.com or by calling +92325 5662220 within 7 days of order delivery.
• Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
• Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
  
• Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
• The exchange process takes approximately 4–6 working days.
• If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher.
